I have published on such topics as pediatric injury, child abuse detection and wheelchair transportation. I have testified 20 times on topics such as child abuse, wheelchair transportation and wheelchair safety. I am a licensed professional engineer with a PhD in bioengineering and have conducted research in the fields of pediatric injury assessment and wheelchair transportation using engineering techniques such as computer simulation, instrumented test dummies and accident investigation.
