This expert was an Assistant Prosecutor for 25 years. Early in career as an Assistant Prosecutor this expert served in the trial and appellate sections of the Prosecutor’s Office. In 1998 was promoted to Police Legal Adviser. From 1998 until 2014 was on “24/7” call and answered thousands of questions from law enforcement officers under emergent and high pressure situations. Drafted numerous letters updating police officers on new case and statutory law. Taught recruits and veteran officers on a plethora of legal topics.
