I have 18 years of experience, and specialize in the field of heating system failures with specific knowledge in the areas of frozen pipe damage, fires, explosions and soot damage. I have published on such topics as investigating causes of frozen pipes, fires due to boiler control failures and combustion chamber preventative maintenance. I have testified 20 times on topics such as residential boiler maintenance, frozen pipe damages due to fuel tank run out and boiler fires and explosions. I always encompass not only the engineering aspects of an investigation but also the tradesmen’s knowledge as well addressing installation and maintenance requirements of this equipment.
