I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of woodworking with specific knowledge in the areas of safety and liability, industrial arts and technology education. I have published on such topics as safety and facility design. I have been a woodworker for over 40 years, and have extensive training and education in the area. I have taught woodworking, shop/lab safety and facility design for over 30 years. I served as an expert witness in a case involving a woodworking accident, and am currently serving as an expert witness in a case involving a woodworking accident which resulted in death. I authored a section on woodworking safety and facilities in a state department of education safety guideline.
