I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of construction defects with specific knowledge in the areas of windows leaks, plaster and roofing. I have published on such topics as window designs, water intrusion of building envelopes and how windows can leak and ASTM isolation testing methods. I have testified on construction defects, water intrusion and standard of care. My hobbies are in aviation and I fly my personal Mooney airplane to many different destinations.
