I have 23 years of experience, and specialize in the field of wetlands and Clean Water Act Section 404 regulations with specific knowledge in the areas of wetland delineation, ecosystem restoration and surface water quality. I have testified 6 times on topics such as ecological impacts of wind turbine projects, conditional use permitting for surface mines and impacts to wetlands from pollution discharge. I worked in USEPA’s Office of Wetlands for two years as a sole source contractor working on national policy for state wetland water quality standards.
