I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of general construction with specific knowledge in the areas of construction defect, water intrusion and repair estimates. I have testified on water intrusion and construction defects, breach of contract and construction defects. I have 40 years of construction experience and my contracting experience is real time. I worked in the field as a journeyman carpenter for about 10 years performing concrete, rough framing, and finish carpentry. As the company grew larger, I became an administrator overseeing from 10 to 20 projects a year. I’ve seen a wide range of project types and have always been a problem solver. Physical brick and mortar construction, industry standards, codes, subcontractor involvement and all the interconnections revolving around the trades is where I excel.
