California Valuation, Agriculture, Winery Expert #25812

I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of real estate valuation with specific knowledge in the areas of rural land, agriculture and equipment. I have testified 12 times on topics such as winery, vineyard, farm land, residences, and retrospective valuation. I am designated as an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. I am a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in entomology and a Master of Science degree in agricultural economics. I have over twenty years experience in agricultural and rural appraisal, and over thirty years of agricultural and/or commercial lending experience in various capacities in throughout the western U.S. My expertise includes appraisals of vegetable coolers, greenhouses, wineries, vineyards, livestock ranches, and truck crop farms. In addition to the commodity specialties, I have extensive experience in litigation support, having qualified as an expert witness in Superior Court and Federal Tax Court.
