I have 33 years of experience and specialize in the field ofuUnderground engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of foundations, tunnels and underground structures. I have published on such topics as tunnel condition assessment, failure evaluation and rehabilitation. I have testified on tunnel and shaft failures, differing site conditions and groundwater related problems. I’ve served in a leadership role on three major tunnel failures that required round the clock efforts to stabilize the failed facility, develop alternate service means and implementation of permanent rehabilitation solutions.
