I have 45 years of experience, and specialize in the field of ski industry with specific knowledge in the areas of snow sports, management and operations. I have testified 11 times on topics such as safety on the hill, skier responsibility code and assumption of risk. Calling on 45 years in the ski industry with experience in all facets, I have worked on some fifteen cases now. I have contributed to the extent that all cases have come to be settled by all parties before trial.
