I have 38 years of experience, and specialize in the field of meteorology with specific knowledge in the areas of severe weather, hurricanes and Doppler radar interpretation. I have published on such topics as tornado forecasting, climatology and analysis, climate analysis and seasonal forecasting and Doppler radar analysis and detailed case studies. As a member of the U.S. Air Force’s Typhoon Chasers I flew into the eye’s of 34 typhoons in the western Pacific Ocean to collect data for track forecasting.
