I have 45 years of experience, and specialize in the field of semiconductors and integrated circuits with specific knowledge in the areas of integrated circuits processing, semiconductor devices and electronic design. I have published on such topics as chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP), 3D integration platforms and radio frequency/microwave technology. I have testified on chemical-mechanical planarization in patent infringement cases. I have a breadth of experience in many aspects of semiconductor/integrated circuits technology, including processing, devices and circuit design. I have a broad perspective of industrial practice and starting in 2006 have launched a part-time career as an expert witness in cases using my 40 years of experience in research and development.
