I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of structural/seismic field for geotechnical constructions in Russia, Uzbekistan and California, with specific knowledge in the areas of site-specific seismic investigation with time history simulations for essential facilities, dams, quarry, mining, and hillside and slope stability evaluation with piles, tiebacks design and geo-grid design. I have testified 8 times on topics such as site-specific seismic investigation with time history simulations for essential facilities, dams, quarry and bridges. As President and Chief Executive Officer, my responsibilities included management and supervision of various environmental, geotechnical and seismological projects.
