I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of geophysics with specific knowledge in the areas of wave propagation, nonlinear dynamics and abrupt climate change. I have published on such topics as seismic damage to structures during earthquakes, seismic waves from explosions and abrupt climate change. I am originally a seismologist but in the last 10 years I have also worked in climate science and energy depletion, global warming and prediction of environmental degradation. I could make the transition because of my expertise in mathematics.
