I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of residential development and construction with specific knowledge in the areas of feasibility analysis, construction and construction loan processing. I have testified 10 times on topics such as bankruptcy reorganization, financial feasibility and construction loan disbursements. I taught a MBA course in leadership at the University of Phoenix, lectured to business school classes and testified numerous times at public hearings to obtain land development entitlements for subdivision projects. I was a member of an expert panel at homebuilding industry seminars and the keynote speaker at trade association meetings. I built and developed over 3000 homes and 5000 square foot of office retail. I am a past president of the Los Angeles Chapter of Nation Association of Homebuilders and Chairman of Habitat for Humanity’s Los Angeles affiliate.
