California Radio Frequency Device Expert #46145

I have 38 years of experience, and specialize in the field of system engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of radio frequency (RF) antenna, RF radio and directed energy. I have published on such topics as GaAs circuit design. I have not testified in court. However, I have been used as an internal expert witness while. One case in point was when the company was threatened with a lawsuit for allegedly not disclosing certain information. I requested the same information that was given to the potential plaintiff and was able to recreate the information that they claimed was not disclosed. No further action was taken.I also have acted in the capacity of troubleshooter where analysis and solution to problems from ESD to cosite interference to device physics had to be solved quickly and accurately.
