I have 24 years of experience in the field of management consulting, with specific knowledge in the areas of quality discipline, quality management systems, and statistical problem solving. I have published on such topics as Fastener Quality Act, total quality management (TQM), and quality management and planning. After implementing quality management systems (QMS) for my employer’s product and service requirements for many years, it is rewarding to experience helping my consulting clients implement their QMS and also to conduct assessments of product certifiers based upon these past two areas of experiences.
