I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of transportation and logistics with specific knowledge in the areas of public-private partnerships, international business and logistics and supply chain management. I have published on such topics as public-private-partnerships, maritime economics, transportation economics and cost models. I have testified 6 times on topics such as Amtrak, public-private partnerships and toll financing of highways. I was awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to teach courses in international business, logistics and supply chain management. I assisted in the development of a curriculum for the university. Additionally, I performed research in the area of measuring maritime economic clusters.
