I have published on such topics as training new agents in the real estate business. I have testified on neighborhood deed restrictions. When I started in the property management business while in college, I never imagined my real estate career taking so many twists and turns into so many different areas of the business. I have been involved with countless transactions over the years, and many of them have challenged me to learn andexplore many other regions for my clients, such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sales and loss mitigation, tax laws and others to be able to provide my clients with the best information possible.
