I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of property management with specific knowledge in the areas of apartment management, landlord tenant and asset repositioning. 25 years experience in the property management industry. Started as a maintenance person and worked my way to on-site manager. After a very short time was promoted to a property management position (1985). I worked as a property manager of 2,000+ units for new construction lease-ups for a number of years followed by the direct oversight of 10 communities in the NW. In 1988 I worked directly for a developer overseeing the lease up of just over 3,000 units in the Seattle area. The company subsequently closed and I opted to return to school and get my degree in Portland.
