I have 34 years of experience and specialize in the field of construction with specific knowledge in the areas of general contracting, civil engineering, and public and private contruction projects. I have testified 15 times on topics such as construction defects, delay damages and standard of care. Over the past three decades, I have managed numerous construction projects throughout the country. My portfolio of projects includes a variety of infrastructures including highways, bridges, transit facilities, light rail systems, railroad bridges, underground subway stations, waste water treatment plants, petroleum refineries, pumping plants, wharfs and piers, various types of residential buildings, and other structures in both public and private sectors.
