I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of electric power generation with specific knowledge in the areas of central station power plant, design, construction, operation and maintenance. I have published on such topics as flow accelerated corrosion and high energy piping system design, life cycle management of power generation units and construction and start-up of major additions to power plant equipment. I have testified 8 times on topics such as generating unit performance and ability to meet stated emissions permit limits, flow accelerated corrosion and high energy piping systems and co-firing air classified refuse with coal in a large power boiler. My career spans more than 40 years and covers all aspects of design, equipment selection, construction, start-up, operation, maintenance and management of coal, nuclear, natural gas and renewable generation across the United States. The breath of my experience is wide and somewhat remarkable in an industry comprised of persons with focused and limited exposure to specific issues and tasks.
