I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of disability policy with specific knowledge in the areas of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), inclusive emergency management and employment discrimination. I have published on such topics as disability culture, history and diversity, ADA compliance in the law enforcement and corrections settings and the legal impact of the ADA on local zoning laws and ordinances. I have testified on structural access and ADA Title III compliance, ADA implementation and compliance and submitted numerous expert opinion reports resulting in settlements prior to trial.
