I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of management consulting with specific knowledge in the areas of managment reviews, process improvement and performance-based contracting. I have published on such topics as health care delivery systems, performance measurement and data quality control. I have over 30 years’ experience in management consulting for federal, state and local government agencies, and private organizations. I have directed more than 80 engagements in health, environmental, education, logistics, finance, and general government programs. Primary clients currently served are public sector organizations, especially Federal health agencies. Prior to forming my independent consulting practice, I was a partner and/or vice president at several leading management consulting firms.I have developed special expertise in performance-based contracting for federal agencies. His consulting practice focuses on organization and management analysis, management reviews, process improvement, performance measurement, program evaluation, facilitation, and project and contract management.
