I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of utility industry with specific knowledge in the areas of natural and propane gas, regulatory requirements and management policies. I have testified 6 times on topics such as natural gas and propane explosions, natural gas migration and natural gas serviceman responsibilities. Very diversified having a marine engineering degree, MBA, and PhD in public policy. Worked in engineering consulting firm (professional engineer), held many positions in natural gas industry up to Division Vice President. Ran the utility department for a city (natural gas, water, wastewater, and electric). Taught public policy and management. I am comfortable in providing consulting services to companies needing management assistance as well as expert witness expertise to lawyers.
