I have 20 year of experience in the field of physical chemistry and I am chemist. My degree is in physical chemistry; I have worked on projects that involve modeling chemical processes and using various types of spectroscopy to monitor chemical processes. I am most interested in the relationship between compounds’ three-dimensional structure and their physical behavior, such as mobility, shape transitions, and self-assembly processes. I am also an educator. I spend most of my professional time preparing to teach undergraduates complex topics such as thermodynamics. I have published articles on structural transitions of peptides and an article that describes a novel spectroscopic method.
