I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of physics, solid state electronics, bioengineering with specific knowledge in the areas of nanoelectronics, nanoscience and nanobioengineering. I have published on such topics as nanoelectronics, optoelectronics and bioengineering. I have testified on technology exports before Congress as supporting staffer in Pentagon, scientific issues relating to exports before state department groups and scientific issues relating to exports before commerce department groups. I am a fellow of three societies: American Physical Society (APS), Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) , Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE). Am a Fellow of the Yale Science and Engineering Association and a Fellow Emeritus of the US Army Research Laboratory.
