I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and indoor air quality with specific knowledge in the areas of operations, maintenance and mold contamination. I have published on such topics as Nashville flood remediation, HVAC maintenance standards and HVAC system maintenance. I have testified on HVAC cleaning and mold exposure, and on the job mold exposure. I am a Fellow of ASHRAE, the worldwide Engineering Society and am a member of the ASHRAE Technology Council.
