I have 10 years of experience and specialize in the field of microelectronics/very-large-scale integration (VLSI), microfabrication and nanotechnology, with specific knowledge of complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-based VLSI design and fabrication, clean room fabrication skills and single-walled carbon nanotube-based devices. I have published on such topics as fabrication of carbon nanotube field-effect transistors with semiconductors as source and drain contact materials, nanoscale BixTe3/Sb2Te3 multilayer thin films materials for reducing thermal conductivity, and comparison of silicon dioxide layers grown from three polymethylsiloxane precursors in a high-density oxygen plasma. I have testified on single-walled carbon nanotube-based sensors.
