I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of mechanical engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of product design, fracture and fatigue failures and vehicle mechanics. I have published on such topics as damage assessment, design methods and materials behavior. I have testified 10 times on topics such as product mechanical failure, rear collision and car rollover. I provided consulting services to U.S. Department of Energy and US Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Damage assessment of nuclear power plant components and nuclear waste transportation casks for ten years. I serve on committees of Codes and Standards for design of pressure vessels and piping systems operating at elevated temperatures.
