I have 10 years of experience, and specialize in the field of structural assessment and rehabilitation of existing and historical masonry buildings, with specific knowledge in the areas of non-destructive testing, historical material properties, and historical renovation ethics. I have published on such topics as use of fibers in the strengthening of masonry mortars, assessment of the structural system of gothic cathedrals, and application of nondestructive testing to the in situ assessment of complex structures. I am the principal engineer working on the reconstruction of a fully collapsed, 3rd century Roman Temple in Southern Turkey.
