OSHA Expert Witnesses
OSHA, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, is the United States Department of Labor department created in 1970 to regulate workplace safety and health. Their goal is to prevent work related illnesses, injuries, and death. They enforce OSHA standards that describe the methods employers are required to use to protect their employees in the fields of general industry, construction, maritime, and agriculture.
