I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of banking with specific knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, bank management and commercial lending. I have testified on loan collateral, wrongful dismissal and character. My life has been one of firsts. I was the first woman in our community to be elected to a school board and to serve as a bank director. I was also the first woman in the then fifty year history of our state school boards association to serve as its president. Currently, I am the secretary and treasurer of the authority responsible for the financing and construction of the redevelopment of three hundred and seventy acres of a downtown area with a minimum investment of $150 million. I was the first person to chair the authority.
