I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of military leadership with specific knowledge in the areas of leadership, management and education. I have published on such topics as leading in todays military, change management and leading today’s warriors. In a 30 year military career, I have been fortunate to command at every level. In the US Air Force where typically a rated officer will receive senior command, I became the first non-rated officer to command in the Florida Air National Guard history. For the past six years, I have led a large fighter wing and 8 other units with different mission sets to unprecedented levels of success.
