I have 22 years of experience, and specialize in the field of nursing with specific knowledge in the areas of infusion therapy, endoscopy and critical care. I have published on such topics as prevention of complications in infusion therapy, prevention of syringe-related needlestick injuries. I have testified on patent infringement. I was asked to be one of six expert panelists in a consensus conference to form a consensus policy statement and document regarding the prevention of catheter related blood stream infections (CRBSI). The panel developed guidelines regarding CRBSI prevention for publication and development of an informational web site.
