I have 35 years of experience, and specialize in the field of industrial and organizational psychology with specific knowledge in the areas of employee selection, compensation and equal employment opportunity. I have published on such topics as test validation, job analysis and legal aspects of employee selection. I have testified 20 times on topics such as disparate impact, test validity and compensation (e.g., salary grade). I was invited to testify before a U.S. House subcommittee regarding the “Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures” issued jointly by EEOC and other federal EEO enforcement agencies.
