I have 26 years of experience, and specialize in the field of civil and agricultural engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of hydraulics, permitting, constuction management, quality assurance, quality improvement and irrigation. I have published on such topics as major irrigation design. I have substantial experience in many phases of civil and agricultural engineering. I have a very keen insight on the agricultural side having been a farmer for many years before I received my engineering degree and both of my PEs. I also have knowledge in construction management, contractor deliberations on payment and constracts, hydrology, and overall system evaluation and review of preliminary pland and detailed project drawings and specifications. I also have substantial experience in interpreting both project specifications and drawings, included monitoring disputes between the owner and client and contractor and consultant.
