I have 11 years of experience, and specialize in the field of hand surgery with specific knowledge in the areas of distal radius fracture, carpal tunnel and ulnar neuropathy. I have published on such topics as wrist arthritis, trigger fingers and bone cementing technique. I have testified 10 times on topics such as wrist fractures, occupational injuries and motor vehicle injuries. I am board certified in orthopaedic surgery with a certificate of added qualification in surgery of the hand. I earned my medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC where I was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honors society. I completed my orthopaedic surgery residency in New York City and completed a Hand Fellowship in Philadelphia. I have published several papers in leading medical journals and presented research papers at medical meetings throughout the United States. I am a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the Texas Medical Association. I am currently involved in implant design and testing.
