I have 3 years of experience, and specialize in the field of agricultural engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of grain quality, grain drying, storage and handling and grain quality measurement methods. I have published on such topics as grain quality, grain drying, handling and storage and moisture and grain quality measurement. I have testified on grain spoilage in ocean vessels,, grain storage and handling and grain quality and measurement methods. I have taught courses in grain, drying, storage and handling at the university level and performed research on topics related to grain quality measurement and preservation for 31 years and retired from that position in 2006.
