I have 43 years of experience, and specialize in the field of chemical education with specific knowledge in the areas of heterogeneous catalysis and surface science, science and religion interaction and constructivist theory in education. I have published on such topics as chemical education, hetergenous catalysis of methanation reaction and the pursuit of knowledge in science and religion. Teaching at a liberal arts college has enabled me to teach courses not only in chemistry (and my specialty, inorganic chemistry), but in religion and science, gender and science, history of science and science education.
