I have 22 years of experience, and specialize in the field of forest biometrics with specific knowledge in the areas of forest inventory, growth modeling and harvest scheduling. I have published on such topics as forest growth and mortality, long-term forest planning and carbon and climate change. I have testified on forest inventory, growth modeling and harvest scheduling. I was the first sustained yield forester for the state of California, reviewing long-term management plans for millions of acres of managed forest. I also managed the development of the first Sustained Yield Plan for Calfornia.
