I am president of a foodservice consulting firm that offers food facilities design, interior design and management advisory services. I received my degree in foodservice management from Iowa State University and am a professional member of both the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). I have extensive background in foodservice operations and supply chain management. With more than 40 years of industry experience, I confidently face design and advisory challenges.
