I have 27 years of experience, and specialize in the field of K-12 STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education and law with specific knowledge in the areas of STEM curriculum development, assessment and teacher training, organizational ethics, change and coaching/mentoring/training and K-12 school/personnel Law. I have published on such topics as the use of distance technology to deliver teacher training, the use of distance technology to deliver ethics courses and the use of proprietary K-12 STEM curricula to create articulation agreements between secondary and post-secondary institutions. I have testified on K-12 school policy and procedures in student expulsions and K-12 employee competence. I am a tenured associate professor of organizational leadership and supervision.
