I have 35 years of experience, and specialize in the field of electronic manufacturing with specific knowledge in the areas of surface mount technology, components and assembly. I have published on such topics as surface mount technology processes, surface mount technology equipment and surface mount technology materials. I have testified 10 times on topics such as patent infringement, proprietary knowledge and assembly processes. I was fortunate enough to be involved in surface mount technology from its inception in the late 1970’s and have contributed heavily having co-developed processes and methodologies and am internationally recognized as an expert in this field.
