I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of environmental science with specific knowledge in the areas of biodiversity and public lands management. I have published on such topics as management plans for controlling raven depredation of tortoises, techniques in measuring forest canopy cover, and quantifying forest canopy as a deposition surface. I take students abroad to Australia, New Zealand and Rwanda. We conduct community service projects including working on conservation of native wildlife populations, controlling introduced species, and mapping water sources.
