I have 28 years of experience, and specialize in the field of electrical engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of combined analog, digital and radio-frequency systems, combined analog, digital and radio-frequency integrated circuits (ICs or chips) and measurement, test, failure analysis, and debugging. I have published on such topics as using computer models to verify IC performance, increasing battery life and circuit efficiency and demonstrating the effect of random variations (noise) on radio receiver circuits. I have testified on electronic product defects versus advertised specifications. I am a problem solver. My clients and before that, my employers call on me to solve problems that have stumped others. This is because I have an affinity and love of figuring out how things work, and figuring out why they don’t.
