I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of electrical insulation design with specific knowledge in the areas of transformer, generator and cable systems, high-voltage technology and nanodielectrics. I have published on such topics as electrical insulation phenomena, electrostatics and discharge physics. I have testified on “forensic” studies in connection with power equipment malfunction, operation of high-voltage equipment and failure of transformer, generator and circuit breaker equipment. I have made the switch between industry and academia TWICE – once on each side of the Atlantic.
