I have 28 years of experience, and specialize in the field of outdoor recreation, experiential education, natural resource management with specific knowledge in the areas of race, class, gender, youth development and cultural connections and visitor use of parks. I have published on such topics as cultural diversity, youth development, women and girls outdoors and constraints to visiting national parks. I am the recipient of a Fulbright Award where I had the privilege of studying youth and the environment in India.
