I have 35 years of experience, and specialize in the field of diagnostic usability evaluation with specific knowledge in the areas of language, communication and user testing. I have published on such topics as automation in diagnostic usability testing, brevity versus usability, focusing on ambiguity and communication techniques in user testing. I have re-invented myself several times during my career, and I’m the only person I know who has done effective professional work both as a psychotherapist and as a computer programmer. Due to my broad and varied expertise in communication, I am able to bridge the gap between people and high-tech products.
