I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of real estate with specific knowledge in the areas of commercial and residential brokerage, development and legal practice. I have published on such topics as brokerage duties and standards. I have testified 50 times on topics such as broker standard of care, real estate investment vehicles and real estate industry custom and practice. Because much of my career has been as a trial lawyer and/or general counsel retaining and supervising other trial lawyers, I have a better grasp of how to be an effective witness than I otherwise would have gained from my experience on the business side of the real estate industry alone.
